How to boost confidence ?

This is the something that everyone wants to know about. You have an ideal like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates and you want to do something great by seeing them, so for this the first criteria is to develop confidence in yourself.

Frankly speaking Confidences is something that doesn't develop in one day or two day, for this you have to work on yourself for atleast one month and have to get committed to enhance your confidence. So let's get started :-

1. Get ready - The first step is the hardest step towards the journey. Prepare yourself to have a change in yourself and then get ready to accept that.

2. Here comes the grooming - Now the second step towards your journey is to groom yourself. Have a shower on daily basis, brush your teeth daily, get a proper haircut, cut your nails properly and shave on daily basis but if you want to have beared then groom it as well.

3. Positive mind - Train your mind to see positiveness in every situation. If someone hurts you in your past just forget them because not everyone has a good taste and then if anyone ask you about that person then just ask them who are you talking about?

4. Knowledge is power - Gaining knowledge is the best way of improving your self-esteem. Whatever you are studying focus on that because the intelligent one is the bulb in a room means that people focuses on the intelligent and informative person.

5. Have a dress sense - You have to focus on your dress in order to boost your confidence. I don't recommend you to go with branded dresses because you can have that quality with some cheaper one also. But atleast take care that you are wearing the neat and tidy clothes.

6. Have a generous heart - kindness and generosity comes when you starts helping other. This factors not only give you confidence but also makes you a good human being.

7. Exercise daily with meditation - Laziness won't help you in achieving your dream beacuse no successful story comes from comfort zone. Doing exercises and meditation can help you stay fit, prevent many diseases and help your mind to achieve your mental peace.

8. Eat healthy - This is something that you had learned in your childhood also. Taking a nutritional diet will makes your body look amazing which generally boost confidence.

9. Wear Smile - Always smile in tough situation, beacuse it can help you to train your mind and it fills you with hope and optimism, besides that it also releases stress.

10. Be thankful - Be thankful to everyone who treats you well as well as who don't because there is always a hidden lesson in every action. So stay thankful for absolutely no reason.
